An Update

Since we are about to embark on a new journey into the unknown, I guess I should fill you all in on what happened after Hungary. Well, we ended up in Berlin. Why didn't I blog about it? If you had no cash and were having to steal butties from the hostel you were staying at, would you fancy writing about it? Didn't think so!

In my infinite wisdom, I booked us into a hostel in the suburbs of Berlin. The hostel was nice and there was this beautiful lake nearby. The only bad thing was we had to keep walking 5 miles to the nearest petrol station to see if our cards were in a happy mood. We didn't realise it was Easter, so the banks were really playing up and we had somehow cashed our emergency travellers cheques somewhere in Prague.

We had to get the bus back to London. The less said about that the better! The Middle East, here we come!
