G'day Breakfasts...

Well, the trip has finally begun! We left work rather unceremoniously on Friday night. After a hot four hour bus ride, we found ourselves drinking wine, trying to get our heads around the fact that there would be no return journey to Changwon. We had previously decided that our time in Seoul would best be spent eating, drinking, and saying our final farewells to Korea.

If you were leaving Seoul (potentially never to return), what would you do on one of your last mornings? Consider, if you will, the following options:

a. A trip to a temple to marvel at the wonder of ancient Korean architecture.
b. An outing to one of the many art galleries to view some modern Korean art.
c. An all day breakfast at the (probably) popular Australian restaurant Syd & Mel’s.

If you do happen to venture to Itaewon on a Sunday morning, might I recommend Max’s Monster Omlette, it most certainly lives up to its name!
