A Happy Chinese New Year From China.

Some photos from the last 48 hours.

Our last night in Seoul. The last Korean supper? Well, it was Nepalese and didn't involve kimchi.

"This is wonderful, but what time are we going to China?" The bright lights of Seoul.

...and finally, off we go. The Incheon (Korea) to Tian Jin (China) ferry. Would it be easier to fly? Yes, but where's the fun in that. "Pass me my colouring books and a sick-bag please Sam."

"I'm not sleeping on a tatami mat in a room full of kids, instant noodles, cig smoke, and staring kids for twenty-four hours. Welcome to the Royal Suite."

"Bye-bye Korea. I'll never forget you, you lovely, ugly thing."

Missing fingers anyone? Who remembers these, pound notes, and white, crumbly dog poo? Good old Tsing Tao beer in a good old-fashioned can.

Collapsable, portable, indestructable, and indespensible wine glasses. Our most important kit item, and a must have for any intrepid, adventurous, drunken, and downright snobby travellers. They're a beautiful thing.
